This Privacy Policy explains how AthenaBlu Investments, LLC, doing business as Athenablu Entertainment ("Athenablu Entertainment," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our websites, games, applications, and in-person experiences (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Athenablu Entertainment is a brand of AthenaBlu Investments, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. We create digital games and applications and host real-world entertainment experiences such as trivia nights, themed events, and tabletop gatherings.

2. Scope
This Policy applies to all of our Services, including but not limited to our online games and applications, our marketing websites, and registration or ticketing for our in-person events. Some Services may present additional, product-specific notices; where those conflict with this Policy, the product-specific notice controls for that Service.
3. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us:
- Account information — such as username, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Profile and gameplay information — such as display name, preferences, in-app activity, and saved progress or content.
- Event registration information — such as name, email, ticket selections, and any details you provide when signing up for or attending an in-person event.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact support, respond to surveys, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Payment information — when you make a purchase, payment is processed by our third-party payment processors (see Section 6). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
Information we collect automatically:
- Usage data — pages or screens viewed, features used, gameplay events, session length, and similar activity.
- Device and technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and general location inferred from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies — as described in Section 7.
Information from third parties:
- If you sign in through a third-party provider (for example, an authentication provider), we may receive basic account information from that provider.
- We may receive limited information from payment processors, analytics providers, and event or ticketing partners.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- create and manage your account and process your purchases and subscriptions;
- register you for events and communicate event details;
- personalize content and remember your preferences;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- monitor and protect the security and integrity of the Services, including detecting fraud, cheating, and abuse;
- send you administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of;
- understand how the Services are used and develop new features; and

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, and event/ticketing support, under obligations to protect your information.
- Payment processors — to complete transactions (see Section 6).
- Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Athenablu Entertainment, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your direction or consent — when you ask us to share information or otherwise consent.
6. Payment Processing
Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe). Your payment is handled directly by the processor under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive transaction confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits of a card or a transaction ID) but do not store full card data on our servers.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. Where required by law, we will request consent for non-essential cookies.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also:
- update your account information in your account settings;
- opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link; and
- manage cookies through your browser.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@athenabluentertainment.com and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
13. International Users
We are based in the United States and process information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
