Billing & Refund Policy

This Billing & Refund Policy explains how purchases, subscriptions, and refunds work across the games, applications, and in-person experiences offered by AthenaBlu Investments, LLC, doing business as Athenablu Entertainment("we," "us," or "our"). It is part of our Terms of Service.
We aim to keep billing simple and fair. If something isn't right, contact us at hello@athenabluentertainment.comand we'll work with you.
1. What You Can Buy
Depending on the product, you may purchase:
- Tokens or credits — used to access gameplay or features within a game or app.
- Subscriptions — recurring access to a product or premium tier.
- Event tickets — admission to in-person experiences such as trivia nights, themed events, or tabletop sessions.
- One-time purchases — individual items, features, or passes.
Specific offerings, inclusions, and prices are shown on the relevant product or checkout page.
2. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
All prices are shown before you complete a purchase and are listed in U.S. dollars (USD)unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect purchases you've already made. Applicable taxes or fees, if any, will be shown at checkout or added as required by law.
3. How Payments Are Processed
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe). By making a purchase, you authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method. We do notstore full payment card details on our servers. Your payment is also subject to the processor's terms.
4. Tokens and Credits
- Tokens and credits are used within the Services and have no cash value outside the Services.
- Unless stated otherwise at purchase, tokens and credits do not expire.
- Unused tokens or credits are refundable on request — see Section 7.
- Tokens and credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable except where we expressly allow it.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly or annually) until you cancel.
- We charge your payment method at the start of each period at the then-current price; we'll give advance notice of any price change.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds for subscriptions are described in Section 7.
6. Event Tickets
- Event tickets are sold for specific dates and locations and may have limited availability.
- If we cancel an event, you're entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- If we significantly reschedule or change an event, your ticket will be honored for the new date, or you may request a refund.
- Attendee-requested refunds are described in Section 7. Event-specific terms (if any) will be shown at purchase and control where they differ.
7. Refunds
We keep our refund approach customer-friendly:
- Tokens and credits — we'll refund unusedtokens or credits on request. Tokens already spent on gameplay or features generally aren't refundable, since the experience has been delivered, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll make it right.
- Subscriptions— cancel anytime. If you're unhappy, contact us within 14 daysof a charge and we'll refund the most recent subscription payment. We're also glad to consider refunds for unused time on a case-by-case basis.
- Event tickets — attendees may request a full refund up to 48 hours before the event start time. After that, we'll offer credit toward a future event where we reasonably can.
- One-time purchases— if a purchased item or feature is defective or not as described, contact us and we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@athenabluentertainment.com with:
- the email or account used for the purchase,
- the order, transaction, or ticket details, and
- a short note about what you'd like.
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
9. Failed Payments
If a payment fails (for example, an expired card), we may retry the charge or pause access until payment succeeds. Please keep your payment information up to date in your account settings.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while we investigate. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are made in error.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes won't affect the terms of purchases you've already completed.
